Security & Trust Center

Clear practices. Responsible products.

A central place for how JesterMedia approaches privacy, product security, user files, and responsible vulnerability reporting.

Privacy by product

Every released app has a dedicated privacy page describing the information it handles and the services it uses.

On-device when possible

Products that can perform work locally are designed to keep that work on the device. Each product page explains its own behavior.

Security and privacy questions reach the studio directly, without being routed through an advertising or data-broker network.

Responsible disclosure

Report a potential vulnerability.

If you believe you found a security issue in a JesterMedia website or app, please report it privately. Include the affected product, steps to reproduce it, potential impact, and a safe way to contact you.

Good-faith research

Do not access other people’s data, disrupt services, use automated high-volume testing, or publicly disclose a suspected issue before JesterMedia has had a reasonable opportunity to investigate.

Please do not send passwords, private keys, customer information, or active malicious payloads by ordinary email.
