Example subscription terms
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in the App Store: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Some JesterMedia apps allow or require account creation, guest profiles, household sharing, saved preferences, or cloud sync. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account. Where an app provides account deletion, you may use that feature or contact support for help.

All content in JesterMedia apps — including but not limited to design, code, text, graphics, logos, and app names — is the property of JesterMedia LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. JesterMedia does not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of our Services is at your sole risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JesterMedia LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
JesterMedia's apps are distributed through the Apple App Store. These Terms are between you and JesterMedia LLC, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for our apps or their content. To the extent these Terms conflict with Apple's App Store Terms of Service, Apple's terms govern. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for our apps.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
