By using any JesterMedia Service you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction), that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
JesterMedia grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use our apps for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

Valley Beat+ Subscription Plans
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in the App Store: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Some JesterMedia apps (currently Valley Beat) allow or require account creation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account. You can delete your account at any time from within the app.
You agree not to use our Services to:
All content in JesterMedia apps — including but not limited to design, code, text, graphics, logos, and app names — is the property of JesterMedia LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. JesterMedia does not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of our Services is at your sole risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JesterMedia LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
JesterMedia's apps are distributed through the Apple App Store. These Terms are between you and JesterMedia LLC, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for our apps or their content. To the extent these Terms conflict with Apple's App Store Terms of Service, Apple's terms govern. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for our apps.

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms here and revise the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
