Using the game

JesterMedia grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive license to use Gem Craze for lawful, non-commercial entertainment on compatible Apple devices you own or control. Applicable App Store usage rules and Apple's standard end-user license terms also apply to your download.

Gameplay, progress, and rewards

Gem Craze includes a 6,000-level campaign. Features, level layouts, difficulty, and rewards may be adjusted in updates. Progress is stored locally and may be lost when app data is removed or a device is replaced. Cloud sync and guaranteed progress restoration are not provided.

Gem dust and boosters are virtual game features. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred or redeemed, and do not represent ownership of real gemstones. The current app does not sell gem dust or boosters.

Advertising

The app includes menu banners, occasional ads between levels, and optional rewarded videos. Ad availability varies by region, connection, device, and provider inventory. A rewarded continuation is granted when the provider confirms the reward was earned; simply opening an ad does not guarantee it. A level can be retried without watching a rewarded video.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, manipulate advertising or reward systems, distribute unauthorized copies, or infringe others' rights. Restrictions on reverse engineering or modification apply only to the extent permitted by law.

Ownership

Gem Craze's software, original artwork, audio, text, and branding belong to JesterMedia or its licensors. Your license to play does not transfer ownership. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Privacy and external services

The Gem Craze privacy policy explains local storage, analytics, advertising, and support correspondence. Ad destinations and other external services have their own terms and policies.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep the game working, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, perpetual ad availability, or recovery of local data. To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided as available without additional warranties, and JesterMedia is not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from its use. These terms do not exclude rights, remedies, warranties, or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Ending use and changes

You may stop using Gem Craze at any time. We may suspend or end the license for material misuse where permitted by law. If these terms change, we will update the date on this page and provide additional notice or request agreement where required.
