Copyright & Content Concerns

Respect the rights of artists, authors, developers, and other creators. Do not upload or share material unless you have the rights required for that use. Product names and third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners.

Report a concern

Email support@jestermedia.app with a description of the work you own or represent, the exact page address or PixelMunity puzzle and artist name, the material you believe infringes, your contact information, and why you believe the use is unauthorized. Only send information needed to locate and assess the material.

For a formal copyright notice, include your physical or electronic signature, identification of the copyrighted work and disputed material, a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized by the rights holder, its agent, or law, and a statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, you are authorized to act for the rights holder. Deliberately false notices can have legal consequences.

Review and account action

We review sufficiently specific reports, may restrict or remove disputed material, and may ask for more information or notify the uploader. Accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright may be suspended or terminated in appropriate circumstances. A content license granted by a user does not override someone else’s rights.

If your upload was removed

Contact us with the removal details and your basis for believing you have the right to share the material. Do not repost disputed material while it is under review. Where a statutory counter-notice procedure applies, we will explain the required information and next steps.

Brand and press materials

Permissions for JesterMedia press assets are described in the press kit. Permission to use a JesterMedia mark does not grant rights to third-party images, fonts, software, or content.
