These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of PixelClarity, an iOS app published by JesterMedia LLC ("JesterMedia," "we," "us"). By downloading or using PixelClarity you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. The App

PixelClarity is a color-by-number pixel art app. It includes a curated puzzle library, a tool that converts your own photos into pixel puzzles on your device, and PixelMunity — an optional community feed where users can share and play each other's puzzles.

You must be at least 13 years old to use PixelClarity, and at least 13 years old to create an account or post to PixelMunity.

2. Your Account

An account is optional. You may create one with Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google to enable cloud backup and PixelMunity. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Cloud Backup → Delete Account, which permanently removes your account and everything stored under it.

3. PixelMunity Community Rules

PixelMunity is a shared space. When you publish a puzzle to it, you agree to these rules and confirm the artwork is yours to share.

Zero tolerance for objectionable content

You may not upload, post, or share content that is:

• Sexual, pornographic, or sexually suggestive, including any depiction of minors
• Hateful, discriminatory, or targeting a person or group based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or national origin
• Violent, gory, or glorifying self-harm, suicide, or violence toward others
• Harassing, threatening, doxxing, or impersonating another person
• Illegal, or promoting illegal activity, drugs, weapons, or fraud
• Spam, advertising, scams, or repetitive junk uploads
• Copyrighted, trademarked, or otherwise not yours to share

Zero tolerance for abusive users

Harassing, threatening, or targeting other users — through uploads, titles, tags, or your artist name — is not permitted, regardless of the content of the artwork itself.

4. How We Enforce This

• Automated filtering. Every puzzle published to PixelMunity is automatically screened for adult, violent, and other objectionable imagery before it appears in the feed. Content that fails screening is rejected.
• Reporting. Any user can report any post from the post itself. Reports go to us directly.
• Blocking. Any user can block any artist. Blocking immediately and permanently hides all of that artist's content from you, everywhere in the app, and removes any follow relationship between you. You can review and undo blocks at Profile → Blocked Artists.
• Review within 24 hours. We review reported content and remove anything that violates these rules within 24 hours of the report.
• Ejecting violators. Accounts that post objectionable content or abuse other users are banned from PixelMunity, and their uploads are removed. We may do this without prior notice.

To report content or an account outside the app, email support@jestermedia.app with the artist name and puzzle title.

5. Your Content

You keep ownership of the artwork you create. By publishing a puzzle to PixelMunity, you grant JesterMedia a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that puzzle inside PixelClarity so other users can view and play it. This license ends when you delete the post or your account, except for copies already downloaded by other users to their devices.

You are responsible for the content you publish, and you represent that you have the rights to share it.

6. Purchases & Subscriptions

PixelClarity is free to download. It offers optional purchases:

• PixelClarity Premium — an auto-renewing subscription that removes ads and unlocks the full puzzle library. Price, duration, and any introductory offer are shown in the app before purchase.
• Pixel Ticket packs — one-time consumable purchases of in-app currency.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings after purchase.

Pixel Tickets have no cash value, are not transferable, cannot be exchanged for money, and are forfeited if your account is deleted or banned. Purchases are handled by Apple; refund requests are subject to Apple's refund policy.

Use of the app is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not reverse engineer the app, interfere with its operation, attempt to access other users' accounts or data, automate uploads, or use PixelClarity to violate any law.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to PixelMunity or to PixelClarity if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

PixelClarity is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JesterMedia LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Updates are posted here with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of PixelClarity after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law & Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
