How do I turn my own photo into a puzzle?
Open the create screen and pick a photo from your library or take a new one. PixelClarity converts it into a numbered pixel grid on your device. Your original photo is never uploaded — only the finished pixel puzzle is, and only if you choose to share it to PixelMunity.
What are Pixel Tickets and how do I earn them?
Pixel Tickets are the in-app currency used to unlock puzzles. You start with a balance, earn 25 tickets for finishing a library puzzle and 15 for finishing one of your own, can claim 10 free tickets each day, and can watch an optional reward video for 30 more. You can also buy ticket packs if you'd rather not wait.
What does PixelClarity Premium include?
Premium removes ads and unlocks the full puzzle library. It's an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID. The exact price, renewal period, and any free-trial offer are shown on the Premium screen in the app before you buy.
How do I cancel Premium?
On iPhone, open Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → PixelClarity → Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You keep Premium until the end of the period you already paid for.
I bought Premium but it's not showing up.
Open PixelClarity → Profile → Premium and tap Restore. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID that made the original purchase. If it still doesn't appear, email us with your purchase receipt.
Do I need an account?
No. You can play the whole app without signing in. An account (Sign in with Apple or Google) is only needed for cloud backup and for posting to PixelMunity.
How do I move my puzzles to a new iPhone?
On the old device, go to Profile → Cloud Backup and tap Back Up Now. On the new device, sign in with the same account and tap Restore From Cloud. Puzzles, progress, and your ticket balance come with you.
How do I block someone in PixelMunity?
Long-press any post, or open the artist's profile, and choose Block. Their posts disappear from your feed immediately and permanently, and any follow between you is removed. To undo it, go to Profile → Blocked Artists and tap Unblock.
How do I report a puzzle?
Every post has a Report option. Reports come straight to us, and we review and remove anything that violates the
PixelMunity rules within 24 hours. Accounts that post objectionable content are banned. You can also email us directly.
How do I delete my account?
Profile → Cloud Backup → Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account, cloud backup, PixelMunity uploads, follows, and reserved artist name. Puzzles saved on your device stay on your device. You'll be asked to sign in once more to confirm it's you.
Why does the app ask about tracking?
That's Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. It only affects whether ads in the free version are personalized. Saying no doesn't change anything about how the app works, and Premium subscribers see no ads at all.
