Please review your pending choices before confirming. PhotoClarity helps you organize and delete media, but you remain responsible for deciding what to remove and for maintaining backups of important photos and videos.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of PhotoClarity, provided by JesterMedia LLC ("JesterMedia," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using PhotoClarity, you agree to these Terms and the applicable Apple App Store or Google Play terms.
1. Eligibility and License
You must be legally able to agree to these Terms. If you are a minor, a parent or legal guardian must authorize your use. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use PhotoClarity on compatible Apple or Android devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the applicable storefront rules.
2. Photo-Library Access and Your Responsibility
PhotoClarity requires permission to display and manage items through Apple Photos or Android MediaStore. You choose what to keep and what to place in the pending-delete list. Nothing is deleted until you confirm through the platform’s system-owned process. Confirmed items normally move to Recently Deleted on iPhone or the gallery provider’s Trash or recycle bin on Android. Retention and recovery vary by platform and provider and are not guaranteed. You are responsible for reviewing your selections and backing up important media.
3. Free Service and Advertising
The free version may display third-party advertising. Ads can vary by location, consent, and device settings. Advertising does not grant the provider access to your photo-library content. See the Privacy Policy for details.
4. PhotoClarity+
PhotoClarity may offer an optional PhotoClarity+ subscription that removes third-party ads and cooldowns and unlocks duplicate and blurry-shot finders, together with any other benefits described in the app. The exact localized price, billing period, included benefits, renewal terms, and any trial or introductory offer are displayed by the applicable storefront before purchase. Offers can vary by region and may change for future purchase periods as permitted by the storefront and applicable law.
5. Billing, Renewal, and Cancellation
- Payment is charged through your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal deadline shown by the applicable storefront.
- The storefront charges each renewal using the payment method associated with your account.
- You can manage or cancel through Apple ID subscriptions on iPhone or Google Play subscriptions on Android.
- Canceling stops future renewals; PhotoClarity+ remains available until the current paid period ends unless the storefront states otherwise.
- If a trial is offered, its duration, eligibility, conversion price, and renewal terms will be shown before purchase.
6. Restore Purchases and Refunds
You can use Restore Purchases in PhotoClarity to restore an eligible subscription associated with the same Apple ID or Google Play account. Apple or Google processes storefront payments and refund requests. JesterMedia cannot directly issue a storefront refund. Requests are subject to the applicable storefront’s policies and applicable law.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to reverse engineer, interfere with, abuse, or use PhotoClarity unlawfully; attempt to bypass subscription or advertising controls; or use the app to access or alter a photo library without the device owner’s authorization.
8. Availability and Changes
We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We may change PhotoClarity+ benefits for future subscription periods with appropriate notice where required. PhotoClarity depends on Apple Photos or Android MediaStore, the device operating system, the applicable app storefront, and third-party advertising services, whose availability we do not control.
9. Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PhotoClarity is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, exact storage estimates, or guaranteed recovery of deleted media. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JesterMedia will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of photos, videos, data, storage, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of PhotoClarity. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for PhotoClarity during the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so they may not apply to you.
11. Termination
You may stop using PhotoClarity at any time. We may suspend access if you materially violate these Terms. Removing the app or stopping use does not automatically cancel a subscription; you must cancel it through Apple App Store or Google Play.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
13. Changes and Contact
