How do I cancel my Jester's Gambit Pro subscription?
Open the Settings app โ tap your Apple ID at the top โ Subscriptions โ Jester's Gambit Pro โ Cancel Subscription. You'll keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
How do I restore my Pro purchase on a new device?
Open Jester's Gambit โ go to Settings โ tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID that originally purchased the subscription. Your Pro benefits will be re-applied instantly.
How do I delete my account and all my data?
Open Jester's Gambit โ go to Settings โ scroll to Danger Zone โ tap Delete Account & Data โ confirm. This permanently and immediately removes your authentication record, scores, username, and friends list. It cannot be undone. If you need help, email support@jestermedia.app and we'll process deletion within 7 days.
What's the difference between playing as a guest and creating an account?
Guest play lets you complete all 9 daily puzzles without signing in, but your scores and streaks are stored only on your device and will be lost if you reinstall the app. Creating a free account syncs your data to the cloud, enables leaderboards, friends comparison, and lets you pick up where you left off on any device.
How do hints work?
Free users get a limited number of hints per day across all 9 games. Upgrading to Jester's Gambit Pro unlocks unlimited hints on every game. Used hints are tracked in your stats but don't affect your leaderboard score.
How do I appear on (or opt out of) the leaderboard?
You must set a public username to appear on the global leaderboard. You can set one in Settings โ Username. If you'd prefer not to appear on the leaderboard, simply don't set a username โ your scores remain private and are only used for your personal stats and friends comparison.
My streak disappeared โ can it be restored?
Streaks are calculated based on completing at least one puzzle per day (Eastern Time). If your streak was lost due to a technical issue on our end, email support@jestermedia.app with your username and approximate date and we'll look into it.
The daily puzzles aren't loading.
New puzzles go live at midnight Eastern Time. If puzzles aren't loading, check your internet connection and try force-quitting and reopening the app. The app caches the previous day's puzzles so you can still play offline after the first load of the day.
