JesterMedia ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how Jester's Gambit collects, uses, and protects your information.
Jester's Gambit supports sign-in with Apple, Google, Email/Password, or guest play with a pseudonymous Firebase identifier. When you create an account, Firebase Authentication stores your authentication credentials (email address or OAuth token). We never see or store your Apple or Google passwords.
We store the following in Firebase Firestore under your account:
This data exists solely to power your in-app experience — streaks, leaderboards, and friends comparison.
If you set a username, your username and daily completion count (0–9 games) are visible to other signed-in users on the global daily leaderboard and to any users who have added you as a friend. Your full score details are only visible to your confirmed friends. You can choose not to set a username to remain off the leaderboard entirely.
Google AdMob and the advertising integrations included in the app may process IP addresses, approximate location, device or app identifiers, ad interactions, and diagnostic data for ad delivery, measurement, security, and personalization where permitted. iOS integrations include AppLovin, Unity Ads/ironSource, Liftoff Monetize (Vungle), and Unity Ad Quality; available providers vary by version and configuration. Identifiers are not necessarily anonymous. Denying tracking permission does not stop all technical ad processing. Pro removes displayed ads while active.
Firebase Analytics measures gameplay, puzzle completions, streaks, screens viewed, sharing, account type, subscription status, and purchase outcomes. Analytics and diagnostic services may process app-instance or device identifiers. Advertising SDKs also collect diagnostic data. These signals are not necessarily anonymous, even when they omit your name.

Use Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account & Data to request removal of your authentication record and associated game/profile records. Confirm completion in the app; if it fails, contact support. Deletion is not a subscription cancellation. Provider-held analytics, advertising records, and necessary legal or security records may follow separate retention rules.
If you need assistance with account deletion, contact support@jestermedia.app and we will process the deletion within 7 days.
Guest play uses Firebase guest authentication and a persistent user identifier. It does not require a named account, but cloud services, analytics, and advertising can process identifiers and activity. Guest access may be lost after removal of the app or loss of its stored credentials; do not rely on guest mode for a recoverable backup.
We use Firebase and other providers to operate account, game, and analytics features and advertising providers for the processing described above. Advertising disclosures may be considered sale or sharing under some privacy laws. We do not sell your support correspondence. Contact us to exercise applicable opt-out rights.
Jester's Gambit is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Residents of California (CCPA) and Virginia (VCDPA) may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold. To exercise these rights, contact support@jestermedia.app. We will respond within 45 days. You may also delete your data directly in the app as described above.
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including Firebase Security Rules that restrict data access to the owning user's authenticated session. No security system is perfect, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will post updates here and revise the "Last UpdatedSeptember 7, 2026
This notice describes the app. Website hosting and optional website analytics are described in the JesterMedia website privacy notice. Website choices do not change app settings. Data retention depends on the feature, account status, your deletion requests, provider processing, and necessary security, transaction, or legal records. You may contact us to ask about retention, exercise applicable access, correction, deletion or advertising opt-out rights, or appeal our response. Material changes will be notified and consent requested where required; this notice does not retroactively authorize a new data use.
