These terms apply to the Take Out website and, once made available, the Take Out game.
Pre-release information
Take Out is in development. Screens, descriptions, modes, pricing, availability and other features shown on this site are previews and may change before release. Nothing on this site guarantees a release date or continued availability of a planned feature.
License
When the game is released, JesterMedia grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use Take Out for lawful, non-commercial entertainment on Apple devices you own or control, subject to applicable App Store rules.
Gameplay and progress
Level availability, difficulty, scores, rewards, power-ups and features may change as the game is improved. Locally stored progress may be lost if the app is deleted, device storage is cleared or a backup is unavailable. JesterMedia does not guarantee restoration of local progress.
Purchases and advertising
If the released game offers in-app purchases, subscriptions or optional rewarded advertising, the price and terms will be shown before you complete a transaction or choose to view an ad. Digital game items have no cash value and cannot be transferred or redeemed unless required by law.
Acceptable use
You may not reverse engineer, copy, redistribute, exploit, interfere with, automate against or attempt to defeat the security, scoring, purchase or advertising systems of the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Intellectual property
Take Out, its artwork, game design, text, branding and software are owned by JesterMedia or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Disclaimer
The website and app are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JesterMedia is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from their use.
Changes
We may update these terms to reflect app, legal or service changes. The latest version and revision date will remain posted here.
