Take Out is currently in development. This policy describes the pre-release website and our intended baseline for the game. It will be updated before public release if the app adds services that process data.
This website
The Take Out product pages do not include an account system, newsletter form, advertising, or app-specific analytics. If you email us, we receive the address and information you choose to include so we can respond.
The pre-release game
Take Out does not currently require a JesterMedia account. Game progress, settings, scores and unlocked content are intended to be stored on your device. We do not sell personal information.
Platform services
Apple, hosting providers and device operating systems may process routine technical data such as IP address, browser information, crash diagnostics or store activity under their own policies. JesterMedia does not receive your Apple payment credentials.
Advertising and analytics
The current pre-release description does not promise that advertising or analytics services are active. If Take Out adds optional rewarded advertising, diagnostics, analytics, cloud saves or other third-party services before launch, this page and the App Store privacy details will be revised to identify them and explain the available choices.
Children's privacy
Take Out is not designed to collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent personal information in a support request, contact us so we can address it.
Your choices
You may delete support correspondence by asking us to remove it. Removing the released app will delete locally stored game data, subject to normal device backups and any platform features described in the final release.
Changes
We may update this policy as Take Out approaches release or its features change. The latest version and revision date will remain posted here.
