Why is the app rated 16+?
The app aggregates real-world news which may include coverage of mature topics such as politics, conflict, and world events. The 16+ rating reflects the nature of news content, not the app itself.
Does the app require location access?
Location is optional and used only to surface local/regional news relevant to your area. You can use the full app without granting location access.
Is there a subscription or paid tier?
Jester Media is currently free to download and use. The app contains advertising. We may introduce additional features in future updates.

Jester Media requires iOS 18.6 or later and iPadOS 18.6 or later. We recommend keeping your device updated.
A news source seems missing — can I request it?
Yes! Send us the name of the outlet and we'll review it for inclusion. We're always working to expand our source library.
