How do I cancel my Valley Beat+ subscription?
Open the Settings app โ†’ tap your Apple ID at the top โ†’ Subscriptions โ†’ Valley Beat+ โ†’ Cancel Subscription. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.
How do I delete my account?
Open Valley Beat โ†’ go to your Profile tab โ†’ scroll to the bottom โ†’ tap Delete Account โ†’ type DELETE to confirm. This permanently removes your account and all associated data immediately.
Why isn't my area showing events?
Valley Beat currently covers the Roanoke and New River Valley region. Make sure location permission is enabled in Settings โ†’ Valley Beat โ†’ Location โ†’ While Using the App. If events still aren't showing, try refreshing by pulling down on the event list.
I'm not receiving push notifications.
Go to Settings โ†’ Notifications โ†’ Valley Beat and make sure notifications are allowed. Also ensure you've opted in to notifications within the app.
How do I restore my Valley Beat+ purchase on a new device?
Open Valley Beat โ†’ go to the subscription screen โ†’ tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID that originally purchased the subscription.
Can I use Valley Beat without creating an account?
Yes! You can browse events as a guest without signing in. Creating an account lets you save events and sync preferences across devices.
