License
JesterMedia grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use Jester Sweep for lawful, non-commercial entertainment on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store rules.
Gameplay and progress
Puzzle availability, difficulty, rewards, booster balances and features may change as the game is improved. Locally stored progress can be lost if the app is deleted, device storage is cleared or a backup is unavailable. JesterMedia does not guarantee restoration of local progress.
Optional rewarded advertising
Some optional features offer in-game benefits after a rewarded video is completed. Ad availability is not guaranteed and may vary by location, device, network connection and advertising inventory. In-game boosters and chances have no cash value and cannot be transferred or redeemed.
Acceptable use
You may not reverse engineer, copy, redistribute, exploit, interfere with, automate against, or attempt to defeat the security or advertising systems of the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Intellectual property
Jester Sweep, its characters, artwork, game design, text, branding and software are owned by JesterMedia or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JesterMedia is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
Termination
These terms remain in effect while you use Jester Sweep. Your license ends if you materially violate them. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it.
Changes
We may update these terms to reflect app, legal or service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
