How do I play Freezy Penguin 2?
Tap the screen to make the penguin flap its wings and fly upward. Avoid the pipes — if you hit one or the ground, the run ends. Try to beat your best score!
How do I earn medals?
Medals are earned by reaching certain score milestones in a single run. Keep playing to unlock Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Champion medals.
My score didn't save — what happened?
Best scores are saved locally on your device on both iOS and Android, and they are not synced between platforms or between devices. If you deleted and reinstalled the app, previous scores may have been lost. This is something we're looking to improve in a future update.
Does Freezy Penguin 2 have ads?
Yes, the free version contains advertising. Ads help us keep the game free for everyone.
Can I remove the ads?
From version 1.5, yes. Open Settings in the game and choose Remove Ads. It's a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and it turns off banner and pop-up ads. The optional "Continue" and "×2 fish" videos stay available because you choose to watch them.
I bought Remove Ads but I'm still seeing ads.
Open Settings in the game and tap Restore Purchases. On iPhone, make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy it; on Android, the same Google account. Still stuck? Email us with your platform and the date of the purchase. Don't send card details. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google through your purchase history.
Are there leaderboards?
Version 1.5 adds leaderboards and achievements through Game Center on iPhone and Google Play Games on Android. Signing in is optional; the game works the same without it. Freezy Penguin 2 is single-player.
What is the Daily Challenge?
From version 1.5, there's one new course each day, the same for every player. Play it as often as you like; your first run each day adds bonus fish and keeps your streak going. Miss a day and the streak starts again.
Will my fish and skins carry over to a new phone?
Not yet. Fish, skins, streaks and scores are saved on your device and aren't synced between devices or between iPhone and Android. A Remove Ads purchase can always be restored on the same store account.
What do I need to run Freezy Penguin 2?
On iPhone and iPad, Freezy Penguin 2 requires iOS 18.6 or later. On Android, it requires Android 7.0 (Nougat) or later. We recommend keeping your device updated either way.
